Catching up

Sorry it's been so long. Last I wrote, I was relieved that Will's illness was just a stomach thing. Well, R brought home a real cold the next day! Will went first, then Grace. Faith and I put up a good fight for almost a week, but both woke up this morning with sore throats. Poor Will ended up with both at the same time. In the meantime, the house that I have been telling you about in Melbourne went under contract without us. It was very depressing for me. We have been continuing to look in the East Orlando area, but it is some sort of haven for members of the sex offender list. The last house I liked had 19 within 2 miles and one as close as less than half a mile! Poor Jessie Lunsford still haunts me to this day, so we won't be doing that. On the fun side, we saw the last nightime shuttle launch Friday evening. I am posting the short video clip of the launch, but mostly it just looks like a bright light in the distance.


Santa was at Publix last week when we were shopping. Will asked me why that man was dressed up so funny. Later, when telling Daddy about the day he came up with "A snowman" when asked what the man was dressed like. Then Gracie said, " He was dressed like a snowman because it's Halloween!" Yeah, Yeah, I know, scarred for life blah blah blah.....I promise I've never said he didn't exist, I just don't make Christmas about him.


Oh, Faith has been practicing "The Atrocious" song. I will post that clip too. I will be so sad when she finally gets the words right.


She has her first appt. with the new CF center on Thursday. Won't it be nice that we will take her for her first appt. with a cold? Of course there will be all that news on Friday.
