Good News (Maybe)

I hope this announcement isn't too preliminary, but we MAY have a contract on the house in Atlanta. Send all your prayers this way on that subject.

We are still looking around here. There is one possibility in Melbourne, but at the southern end of his territory and the price of the home, considering the age, R's not really sold. I went around today in another area (a more centrally located area) with the kids. There were some interesting ones, but nothing that I walked into and said, "Oh, this is perfect".

I did see a floor plan that has been my favorite so far, and it was large.... It had the master on the main with a great loft area at the top of the staircase, along with all 3 kids bedrooms and a bath with Jack and Jill sinks upstairs. It was done by a "builder" with the same floor plan in other neighborhood homes. I would have liked the backyard to have been bigger, but it wasn't not "do-able". It was a home that was only built in 2006. It is more in the East Orlando area (a little NE of there). Oh, and it's on a cul de sac. The neighborhood is more like what we are used to. I guess we will just have narrow our priorities. Someone today said, and it's true, if our house is sold in Atlanta and we don't get anxious here, something great at a great price is bound to come along. It will just be a matter of how badly do we want to leave the camper. I'll update on the Atlanta house tomorrow.
