Although Faith has seen an orthodontist a few times, she nor Will had ever been to a regular dentist for a check-up. Yes, I know, I'm a horrible mother for that. So , in an effort to redeem myself, I made appts. with a close friend in PC who's a dentist. I am happy to report that all is well with the dental hygiene of my children. They had professional cleanings and an exam by Pete. He said, "Whatever you are doing, just keep doing it." He did say that Faith's other top front tooth is loose. If it comes out before those bottom two come in more, I don't know how the poor girl will eat. That will make all four front teeth, top and bottom, gone for those of you not keeping count. Their behavior? Faith was socially unresponsive to his attempts to make conversation, but was a compliant patient. Will was charming, funny and compliant once I got his sunglasses out for him. He has the most light sensitive eyes. It was funny seeing him get his teeth cleaning and exam in his shades.Grace whined and wouldn't open her mouth. (Expected)
I have a new favorite website for planning and home school printables. It is DonnaYoung.org. She is another mom that has been at this for years and has started this website to benefit others. Even if you aren't home schooling, you could get some great printables and worksheets for your kids. That's about it. It rained all day, so they are bouncing off the walls and I need to put them to bed.
