Dr. Appts.

F and Mom both had Dr. appts. yesterday.
F is up to 42 pounds, her allergies are bothering her, so Zyrtec has been added to her regiem. The PFT machine was down, so no scores there and we have to wait until next week for her lung cultures. Overall, I think it was a good appt. since they scheduled her next one for 3 months. If there were something that concerned them, we would be due back sooner. Her next appt is the yearly with all the tests at the hospital.
Mom had a somewhat positive appt. She still has cancer in 3 lymph nodes and the ribs, but is starting chemo on Monday. It is still too soon to Petscan her brain since that radiation just ended, but her swelling is down so much that they are taking her off of all the steroids. She will do chemo in 2 wk. increments instead of the normal 3. Then petscan again in 6-8 weeks.
F's bedroom, and the hall are done with the wood. We started on W's tonight. I am so pleased with the floors. I know it will not only be more pleasing to the nose, but will be so much healthier for the kids. W's allergies have been really bad every morning lately and even G has had some sniffling. I took pictures and will try to post them soon.
